Dharshni Singh MSc MBA Dip Mgmt – Director
Specialist areas: occupier strategy; client liaison; strategic briefing; organisational & workplace analysis
Dharshni heads the Occupier Strategy sector at sineQN and is continuing to build a first class support team. Dharshni's strategic planning acumen spans the full process of aligning companies' real estate usage with their corporate strategy. Working mainly with bluechip clients in the legal, financial, and professional services sectors, her role incorporates the following services:
Client liaison; strategic briefing; organisational & workplace analysis; development assessment; test-fit analysis & building selection; change management and communications strategies.
Prior to joining sineQN, Dharshni was part of the founding team at KKS Strategy where she led the Occupier Strategy team. She has recently completed the strategic briefing for a financial organisation's two new 1,000,000 sq ft buildings in both London and New York.
Prior to that she led the briefings for Evershed's 160,000 sq ft London office, undertook the strategic briefing for Aon UK's proposed 275,000 sq ft HQ and Norton Rose's 300,000 sq ft HQ. She spent four years at Gensler where she concentrated on strategic planning and benchmarking analysis, working for corporate clients both in the UK and Europe.
Dharshni holds a MSc in Property Management and Investment as well as a MBA, majoring in Property and Human Resources, from Napier University in Edinburgh.
In her spare time Dharshni enjoys yoga, keep-fit and spending time with family and friends.
