Liesel's team is responsible for assisting the directors in running the business at sineQN, which allows the directors to spend over 90% of their time working with clients on projects. Liesel comes from a management consultancy background in financial and professional services sectors.
Liesel's primary focus is ensuring that the critical functional areas of the business such as client management, professional output, vendor management and resilience planning are executed in a systematic and professional manner.
sineQN are ISO 9001 accredited and Liesel is responsible for managing interim quality checks and updating of the quality manual on a regular basis.
Events are an important aspect of the sineQN approach and Liesel manages all functions for staff and clients.
In her spare time Liesel is a keen runner, cyclist and swimmer. She also enjoys horse riding and hiking.
