• our principal advice to clients is checked and signed off by our board directors before being issued;
• we comply with the RICS Code of Competitive Tendering;
• we declare potential conflicts of interests on any potential commission; and
• if we suspect any anti-competitive activities, unethical tendering or payment practices on a project, we advise our clients know.

sineQN is ISO14001 accredited. We contribute to environmental protection by carefully considering the materials we use, the energy we consume and the waste we create.

sineQN collaborates with environmental experts throughout the construction industry, and regularly advises clients on green issues as part of our project management service.

We ensure all our teams are fully up-to-date with current legislation, building regulations, industry codes of practice and other applicable appropriate standards. In addition, we actively encourage and support our employees to keep abreast of new environmental technologies to allow us to better advise our clients.

Within our own firm, we promote a high standard of environmental awareness and always try to find the most sustainable solution.
