Program Management and PMO

We carry out program management and project management office (PMO) roles involving multi-site projects. This consists of a client having a significant portfolio of projects spread over a wide geographic region and having construction projects ongoing at a number of those sites. The projects can be part of an acquisition, merger, expansion or consolidation program. Alternatively, the projects may constitute a real estate upgrading program, rebrand or a planned maintenance cycle.


sineQN work at a strategic level within a client PMO in which we are responsible for managing project roll-outs. Our project managers are often seconded into client organisations to assist in managing both stakeholder and external design teams for a long term set of projects. Where multiple countries are involved roles often include cross border activities.
